fwdmade.com is the website of ForwardMade, an independent creative studio in Draper, Utah, USA. In these terms "ForwardMade", "we" and "us" mean the studio, and "you" means anyone using this site. You can reach us at max@fwdmade.com.

Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. The site is here to show our work and to let you get in touch. Everything on it is for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it may change or be removed at any time.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale or use it to send spam through the contact form.

The work shown here

The site's design, text, films, photographs and other content belong to ForwardMade or to the people who made them, and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links to any page. Please don't copy, download for reuse, edit, or use any of the work for your own projects, training data or commercial purposes without our written permission.

Some projects show brands, products or names that belong to other companies. They are shown only as portfolio examples, and all trademarks remain the property of their owners. Where a project page says so, the work is an independent, speculative concept made by ForwardMade to show our craft. It was not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured. Work marked as prior work was made by our founder before ForwardMade, and collaborators named on a project are credited for their part, not as endorsements of ForwardMade.

Some of our work is made with AI-assisted production tools alongside design, filming, editing and sound done by hand. Project pages describe how each piece was made where it matters.

Enquiries and projects

Sending us a message through the site does not create an agreement or oblige either of us to anything. Any project we take on is covered by its own written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, timing and who owns what.

Privacy

Contact form. If you use the form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that passes the message on to us by email. We use your details only to reply and to discuss your enquiry, and we don't sell them or add you to marketing lists. Ask us at any time to see or delete what you've sent.

Fonts and hosting. The site uses fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, and it is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request information (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver and protect the site.

Storage on your device. We don't use advertising cookies or analytics. The site keeps a small note in your browser's session storage so it can skip the intro after you've entered the studio. It disappears when you close the tab.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, ForwardMade is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
